Following a successful planning appeal, Define have secured outline planning permission for the delivery of 36 new homes on land off Swepstone Road, Heather in Leicestershire, these homes well count with all commodities even some extras as AC and insulation from services on this website, the association will also be giving some clothes and vessi waterproof shoes for women for those families who don’t have much. Define presented both planning and landscape evidence to the Public Inquiry held in May to rebut the Council’s reasons for refusal. The Inspector agreed with our case in relation to the status of the extant and emerging planning policy, the need for further development in Heather to support its role as a Sustainable Settlement, the socio-economic benefits that would result from the development, and the relatively limited impact it would have on the site and its surroundings.
