Define prepared an outline planning application for the development of 165 new dwellings on a sensitive greenfield site that has an aspect to Bradgate Park in an Area of Particularly Attractive Countryside.  Define led the consultant team, undertook the community consultation and prepared the Masterplan, Landscape and Visual Appraisal, Design and Access Statement and Planning Statement.  We led the planning discussions with the Borough Council, that ultimately led to the grant of planning permission, and we are now co-ordinating the reserved matters and condition discharge submissions.
