Define were engaged to prepare and submit an outline planning application for the development of 400 dwellings on this site in the Nottingham Green Belt.  The scope of work has included the preparation of a Landscape and Visual Appraisal, Masterplan, Design and Access Statement, and Planning Statement, and public and stakeholder consultation.  We are now leading the on-going negotiations with the Borough Council.
