Ana Maria is an Urban Designer with comprehensive experience in masterplanning exercises, focusing particularly on residential schemes across the UK. Ana Maria has been involved in the production of Design and Access Statements, Design Codes, Vision Documents, and detailed proving exercises. Before joining Define, Ana Maria had experience working on large-scale infrastructure schemes and through doing so, developed a range of technical abilities, particularly in conceptual analysis and graphic production. In recent years, Ana Maria has developed a keen interest in understanding the role of community stewardship as an integral part of the approach to placemaking and a number of recent projects have allowed her to apply this knowledge and expertise.
