Rugeley John Taylor Academy reserved matters approved

We are delighted to announce that Rugeley John Taylor Academy has been given the go ahead by Lichfield District Council following the successful negotiation of a reserved matters application. The all through school includes a single building that will house all primary and secondary school learning and administrative spaces, alongside a separate sports hall and outdoor sports pitches and MUGAs, that will be made available for the community. The Academy will lead further development within the heart of the former Rugeley Power Station site and has been funded by the Department for Education. BAM Construction aim to complete the school in 2025 and hand over its operation to John Taylor Multi Academy Trust.
