We are looking for graduates to join our creative office and to support us with a diverse and expanding workload. The position is full-time, but we would be happy to consider a part-time role for the right candidate to gain experience during ongoing studies.

You will have (or be emerging from) a post-graduate qualification in planning or planning and urban design, with a keen interest in the role these both play in facilitating positive change.

You will be enthusiastic and ambitious, with a proactive work ethic and strong organisation and communication abilities. An ability to think strategically and demonstrate your analytical skills is important. Excellent written skills are essential and any demonstrable skills in Adobe Creative Suite a plus, but not essential.

You will benefit from a structured Graduate Programme, giving you experience of a wide range of project types and activities and supported professional development.

We operate a flexible working strategy and offer a competitive salary, with other benefits such as an annual study trip and regular team socials. We are an equal opportunities employer.
