Sam joined Define in 2018 and has subsequently become a Chartered member of the RTPI. In his role, Sam is involved in a range of projects including residential, commercial, educational, community and recreational schemes. He provides site appraisals and planning strategy advice, researches and prepares planning reports (including landscape and visual appraisals) and submission documents to support planning applications and appeals, and promotes a range of sites through the preparation of representations to local plan consultations. Sam is also involved in the preparation of digital mapping, promotional documents and Design and Access Statements.
